She has an associate degree in computer science and a bachelor’s in business administration. Magnolia started in the real estate world in 2008, equipped with experience as a mortgage broker and a short sales certification. Having been in the business for more than 15 years, she offers her expertise to anyone interested in finding their home. Tania de Grote Salazar, originally from Mexico City, has been in the USA for 15 years. Tania has a degree in fashion design. She is also fluent in English, Spanish, and German. Her Hispanic and German background makes her very open-minded to all cultures. Tania became a real estate agent in April 2019.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Tania worked as a medical interpreter for four years. She decided to pursue the real estate business to advise people of different backgrounds on finding their dream homes and selling them for the best price.

Originally from Venezuela, South America, Gus spent twenty-five years in Central/South Florida and Georgia working as a plant production manager before relocating to High Point, NC in 2014.
Gus attended the Central University of Venezuela, where he received his major in arts/classical music.
